Psychotherapy offers an opportunity for people to focus inwardly and connect to their true emotional state. The goal of psychotherapy is to provide a safe and accepting environment to explore conscious and unconscious forces that motivate our behavior.

An in-office session lasts one hour. A variety of techniques may be utilized to supplement more traditional talk therapy. Techniques that develop conscious awareness of unwanted, self-defeating behavior are used to empower individuals to make healthier life decisions. Individuals may choose to use the insights they gain to modify old behavior patterns, develop new ways of coping with stressful situations, and build more satisfying relationships.

Phone sessions may be arranged when face-to-face office sessions are not possible.
